Charlotte Korchak

Founder, Senior Educator

Charlotte Korchak is the founder and Senior Educator of the Jerusalem Education Institute, a non-profit organization working to transform education on Israel and the Middle East. As an accomplished educator and speaker specializing in Israeli history, effective communication, and antisemitism, Charlotte captivates audiences with her passionate speaking style and ability to break down the most challenging concepts making them accessible to a wide range of audiences. Growing up in both the United States and in Israel during the Second Intifada, Charlotte brings a unique perspective as well as first hand experience of the conflict. Additionally, she earned her BA in Middle Eastern History from the University of Southern California where she also participated in the StandWithUs Emerson Fellowship. Charlotte began working at StandWithUs in 2010 where she eventually engaged over 50,000 students annually both online and on five different continents, ending her time there as the International Senior Educator. Often described as a walking encyclopedia, Charlotte's 15 years of expertise leaves audiences feeling educated, empowered, and more capable of engaging with their peers on these difficult issues. She has quickly become one of the foremost public speakers in her field. 

Becky Sebo

Executive Assistant

Reflecting her passion for tikkun olam, repairing the world, Becky began her career with non-profits working as Social Media Coordinator for StandWithUs in 2015. After graduating Ohio University with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography with a minor in Jewish Studies, she obtained her masters degree in Israel Studies: Politics and Society from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2017 and soon began developing her marketing and communications skills as Social Media Manager at Hillel International. She has presented at the Israeli Knesset in a special session on antisemitism on college campuses and was featured in the documentary ‘Crossing the Line 2’ on her experience with anti-Israel sentiment at Ohio University. In 2024, Becky completed four rewarding years at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, as Social Media Strategist to pursue the exciting new adventure at the Jerusalem Education Institute.
